Heart of God International Ministries (HGIM) has been operating as a 501c3 for more than a decade with exceptionally dedicated leaders. During that time, all leaders have been volunteers serving sacrificially to insure each branch of the ministry runs with integrity, accountability and according to the leading of the Holy Spirit. A lot of work has been done to establish a solid foundation in preparation for the next branch leader to pick up the mantle and continue the work. The plowing and planting has been vigorous, at times, while personal responsibilities with families, jobs, education, etc., led to some difficult decisions. HGIM has been working to maintain essential programs until fresh leadership steps up to accept the call of God on their lives to continue the work that has been established but with a vision to carry it to new levels.
Heart of God International is currently in search of the right individuals to lead three established ministries: Heart of God Africa, Heart of God Asia and Heart of God Israel. We’re searching for committed believers, men and/or women with integrity who are willing to volunteer their time and talents to the branch of ministry to which they are called. Whether a husband/wife team, an individual, or a partnership, we welcome your inquiries regarding filling one of our open Leadership Positions.
Here is a brief overview of what the Board of Directors of Heart of God International Ministries is looking for in a Ministry Leader:
- A personal committed relationship with Jesus Christ (references will be required);
- Personal financial and spiritual integrity (a background check will be required);
- A willing heart filled with a burning desire to be involved in ministry of the Gospel in Africa, Asia or Israel;
- An evangelistic heart, willing and able to preach, teach and lead leaders;
- A Spirit-inspired vision for the ministry growth and expansion of current ministry functions;
- Familiarity with the regions where we are working as far as customs, traditions, political influence, unique people groups, etc., preferred;
- Proven successful budgeting and fundraising experience;
- Personal previous missionary experience (long- or short-term); and
- Understanding of or familiarity with non-profit governance and leadership.
